Kendall "Ken" McCoy is the chief of police for the South Bloomfield Division of Police. He has established an experienced and diverse administrative and officer staff which has resulted in increasing arrests, establishing proactive law enforcement, and has effectively increased the professionalism of the agency and has proceeded to remove any negative stigmas held by this agency in the past.
